ASSESS

  1. Employee Engagement Survey: Implementing employee engagement surveys is often costly. This means that budget that could have been spent on taking measures to enhance the gaps identified in the survey, goes towards implementing the survey. We therefore partnered with PureSurvey, an expert Survey specialist with an excellent track record in this field, to develop an employee engagement survey that would be robust yet cost effective. The Free To Grow Employee Engagement Survey address the key drivers of employee engagement, looking at emotional and rational engagement as well as individual competencies required for employee engagement - a facet that is often neglected in surveys of this kind.
  2. Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI). We are license to administer the LPI, an international instrument used in South Africa by leading organisations such as GIBS, Tshwane University of Technology, KPMG, Deloitte & Touche, Ernst & Young, University of Johannesburg, The Foschini Group and divisions within First National Bank.

The LPI is a 30 item questionnaire containing five subscales for each of The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership.

ALIGN

We have a range of off the shelf programmes for organisations that require this, but prefer to align our programmes to the needs and context of each organisation to help them derive most value from the training.

  1. Basic customisation:  Before presenting a programme, we make it our business to understand your business so that our facilitators can relate the content to your context.
  2. Extensive customisation: We can develop a programme to address specific needs your organisation is experiencing or do extensive customisation to align our existing modules to your specific needs.  Our CCCO phase makes provision for understanding your Challenges, Culture, Context and Objectives. With extensive customisation, each programme becomes unique, reflecting the client’s world.

  • Alchemy Electronic ManagemenJIT( Just intime) Resource: An electronic management development resource that can be used to  effectively handle a specific challenge on a 24/7basis. This system contains a set of resources applicable to the challenges most likely to be encountered by managers. Leaders may search for help with an immediate workday problem by choosing from a pull-down list of typical leadership problems. This searchable archive of data provides access to the most relevant and timely nuggets of learning that managers can apply instantly in their day-to-day work. Information is being provided in a simple, straight forward and user friendly manner which ensures that managers use it again and again.
  • Coaching: Buddy coaching and Coaching circles
  • Management support leaflets and management briefing and feedback sessions
  • Learner Extended Packs with various tools to keep learning alive e.g. electronic newsletters, and cue cards
