25 Alinda Nortje, Founder and Executive Chairperson of Free To Grow was selected as one of 5 finalists in the Top Women Awards: Top Woman Entrepreneur of 2010.

She was also the runner up of the Western Cape Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 1996.

 

 

24 In 1999 Free To Grow received the prestigious national IPM (Institute of People Management) People Driven Growth award for the ‘achievement of excellence in sustained commitment to investment in human potential.’

27 TFG (The Foschini Group):  Won Achiever Magazine’s Achiever Award for Best Training Programme: Large Company 2010 for their Field Academy Training and Development Programme.

Free To Grow’s 4 C Leadership programme branded as Building Inner Capacity for TFG and Helping People Grow (Coaching), form an integral and invaluable part of TFG’s Field Academy programme.

37 SACS Property Solutions: Won the South African Housing Foundation’s Housing Project of the Year in 2008 for their Khumani Housing Project.

SACS, a property and loan administration company, through its partnerships with institutions and homeowners, makes affordable housing a reality for people who have not traditionally qualified for home loans. Their latest HomeWise training programme (developed by Free To Grow) is compulsory for all new homeowners
